Once you’ve entered the winery and vintage, all the other data about your wine is automatically filled in, such as Country, Region, Variety, Maturity, Rating and Tasting notes.

When travelling or wine shopping, you can look up what you have in your collection from any internet browser. From you office or your kitchen, you can easily access you wine collection, search wine and even download reports in to a spreadsheet.

Shipping Wine Accessories

Standard Ground Delivery:
All in-stock items process and ship within 2 business days and are delivered within 5-7 business days.

Delivery & Rush Orders
Most stock items are shipped within 48 hours via UPS and will arrive in approximately 7 working days. However, if you need your items sooner, you may choose an expedited option at checkout. Large/oversized items are shipped via Motor Freight and expedited shipping may not be available..

Expedited Delivery:
All in-stock items process and ship within 2 business days. Expedited orders receive priority and are processed first. Expedited shipping times are calculated from the time an item leaves the warehouse.

Additional Delivery Time:
Personalized items, WineKeeper systems and components, large furniture items, and shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or to international addresses require additional delivery time.

International Shipping
Products to be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including AK, HI, PR, and APO/FPO addresses) require additional shipping charges. Online orders for overseas delivery will require a freight quote, IWA will contact the purchaser with freight cost within 1 working day.

For all deliveries, please provide a street address as UPS and Freight carriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Gift Orders
We will gift-wrap most items for $8.00. Call for details.

Wine Storage & Racking Systems
Most wine storage units and racking systems are built to order by the manufacturer and require additional delivery time. All wine storage units, racking systems and cooling units require prepayment at the time of the order. A 15% restocking charge will be imposed on any cancellations after 10 days from the order date. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. Carefully inspect all merchandise before signing the release with the freight carrier.

Oversize & Special Items
Some items (as noted) require additional shipping. Some items may ship from multiple vendors. Shipping for large items will be quoted at the time of order and will vary according to the destination.

You will be notified of any delay over 30 days.

Warranties
Many of the products sold by IWA come with a Limited Warranty provided by this product manufacturer.

If you are not delighted with any stock item, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing materials, documentation and instructions. IA, MO, NM, NC, OR, SC, WV, VA: Only two cases per person, per month
ID, NY: Only twenty-four cases per person, per year
NV, VT: Only twelve cases per person, per year
MN, WY: Only two cases per person, per year
WI: Only three cases per person, per year
LA: Only four cases per year
IN: Only twenty-four cases per year
NH: Only five cases per address, per year
HI: Only six cases per person, per year
ND: Only one case per person, per month
OH: Only 2 cases per household, per month
