Satisfaction Guarantee

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee & Returns

If you are not delighted with any stock item, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing materials, documentation, and instructions. Personalized, custom, food, plant, computer software items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We can only issue a refund or credit to the original purchaser. So that we may process your return more quickly, please notify us prior to returning any merchandise.

Discontinued Items

Occasionally, an item may be discontinued by IWA or the manufacturer. IWA does not guarantee that all orders can be fulfilled based on the quantity purchased. IWA reserves the right to partially fill or not fulfill orders that contain discontinued items. IWA will provide a full refund for any item that is not fulfilled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Warranties

Many of the products sold by IWA come with a Limited Warranty provided by the product manufacturer. While IWA will attempt to facilitate any warranty work between our customers and the manufacturers, all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturers. IWA MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. IWA shall have no liability to any person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage, including actual, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage, caused directly or indirectly by the use or performance of any product sold by IWA. Your rights may vary from state to state. IWA encourages it’s customers to review any applicable manufacturer’s limited warranty prior to making a purchase.

Wine Storage & Racking Systems

Most wine storage units and racking systems are built to order by the manufacturer and require additional delivery time. All wine storage units, racking systems and cooling units require pre-payment at the time of order. A 15% restocking charge will be imposed on any cancellations after 10 days from the order date. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. We recommend that the customer carefully inspect all merchandise before signing the release with the freight carrier.

That's why we've developed a Privacy Policy to assure you that the information collected about you is only what is needed for conducting business and offering products and services that might be of interest to you.

Because we appreciate the trust you've placed in us, we don't collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. As a visitor to our site, we'll recognize your home server, but not your email address or any other personal or system information. We do, however, collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email.

Federal and California state law requires us to request identification from each consumer to prove that you are of age to legally purchase alcohol. To process your order, we will ask for your name, home or other physical address, including street name and name of a city or town, email address, telephone number, or any other identifier that permits the contacting of a specific individual by mail, telephone, or online. Therefore, we'll ask you for either your driver's license number, passport number, military ID, state ID, social security number, or other legally recognized forms of identification, as well as your date of birth and credit card number. We understand the sensitivity of giving out such personal information; we maintain our files carefully and we will never sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties in violation of this policy.

At times, we partner with third parties to provide specific services, such as the mailing of our newsletters. When you sign up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. We have informed these parties that they are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

We occasionally make our list of customer names and street addresses available to carefully screened companies and organizations whose product and activities might be of interest to you. This website takes precautions to protect your information. When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the customary encryption software used in the ecommerce industry - SSL.

"Can Spam" Legislation & Email Opt-Out:

We comply with all provisions set forth under Federal law in accordance with sending offer driven emails. Those who wish to Opt-Out from receiving email offers will have action taken within 1-10 days of receipt of request to Opt-Out or Unsubscribe. Please keep in mind that if you have multiple email addresses or accounts that forward your membership address, you will need to Opt-Out each address in order to ensure complete removal from our database.
